HERE`S HOW IT WORKS:

H2 Baltic proposes the following cooperation model for our potential partners

1

We find unused or not suitable location adjacent to large power consumer for installing solar power plant.

2

We prepare all project/financial/legal documents and attract investments.

3

We obtain all necessary permits from Government and technical pre-conditions from Grid.

4

We apply for and obtain financing from leading regional financial institutions at attractive rates, improving their eco-friendly reputation.

5

We install solar or wind power plant at selected location within a short time frame at our own cost

6

We sign direct power purchase agreement with final consumer based on a formula, profitable for both parties.

7

Connect our plant to Consumer’s network and start supplying, compensating partially his electric power demand within a daylight period (usually peak loads).

8

Excess of electric power will be utilised for electric vehicles charging or production of green Hydrogen (second stage of H2Baltic evolution).
